12 weeks post pep (but 1 day shy) tested negative.

Am male who had an unprotected vaginal exposure, took Pep and tested negative at 111 days post exposure (11 weeks 6 days post pep which is 1 day shy of 12 weeks.

Am I at the clear now or I have to do the test tomorrow? Thank you.

Given your irrational level of anxiety, I don't know why you didn't just wait, but NO - your result will not change in 1 day.  12 weeks is a bit outdated, and most professionals believe the antibody-only test is conclusive long before 12 weeks, but the guidelines remain the same.

It is time to forget about this event and move on with your life.
