2 HIV Risks in One Night?

I am in Manila and went to a red light district during late August. I ended up hooking up with 2 people.

1. Massage girl of questionable status. It was vaginal unprotected for about 15 minutes. She wanted me to use a condom but for some reason I refused. She had several tattoos and freelanced and apparently had a bf which is why she used condoms.

2. Ladyboy, who I did not know was one until the 11th hour. There was a lot of deep kissing and unprotected oral from her. The idiot preyed on my drunkness and I went through with it. I was the insertive partner for about 1 minute. I used a condom and it appeared intact because it still held the semen and I picked off some fecal debris and felt disgusted immediately afterward.

Early Sept, I started feeling more fatigue saw a few rashes which are now gone it seems. I ran out and  got a gen3 test (all that is available) which came out negative for hiv, syphilis and hep b. Lately I'm still tired, feeling more joint and muscle twiches, and body soreness. I have a crazy amount of anxiety right now.

Some of these rashes could be attributed to bed bugs or heat rash and fatigue could possibly be due to my haphazard sleep schedule.  I am worried about both encounters. Please help me allay my fears and assess my risk please. Thank you.

you've been answered thoroughly regarding when tests are conclusive by multiple members, and about symptoms by CurfewX in the original answer.

Had a stomach flu the other night. Knocked me off my butt for like a day or 22. Sweated a lot. Perhaps some bad chicken wings. Perhaps not. Had lot of abdominal cramping, lot of night sweats, mild diarrhea. Almost better but today I notice some small sores/blisters around hairline and my face is more oily/ more red than usual. Could be seborrhic dermatitis.

Starting to doubt my results. Can anyone offer some more insight? Perhaps I should retest. Please help.

Your situation is straightforward. You don't have hIv so you need to move on from trying to work up an impossible HIV theory just because you got the flu -  and stop over-examining your body and facial oil looking for HIV clues that don't exist.

Combo (Antibody + Antigen) test is a 4th generation test. It is conclusive anytime after 4 weeks of exposure. If you got this test done after that period, it is conclusive and you do not need any test further.
Just forget the absorbance or index value... You are reported negative.

Next time, never ever opt for an unprotected contact.

Hello again.

I took an HIV test and I have a few questions.

It was an elisa test (HIV ab ag combo ARCHITECT) and it came out non-reactive but I still have a few questions.

Is this 3rd or 4th generation? I can't tell by the results.

The paper also said my absorbance was 0.09, negative mean absorbance is 0.129, and cut-off 1.00.  Is my cut-off supposed to be that high or do I need to retest? Please help me. :(

The good news is that you only had one risk - kissing, oral and protected anal are not a risk for HIV.

The unprotected vaginal sex was a risk, and if you only have access to 3rd generation tests, you'll need to wait 90 days to test for your conclusive result.   Symptoms are neither diganostic nor illuminating, and may be due to anxiety.
