Before entering her I put on a condom, the condom was about have way down my penis because it was a smaller condom, it stayed on the whole time and although I did not check it throughly it seemed intacted when I took it off, she then gave me a hand job, now I am freaking out because if I contracted HIV I would have 72 hours to take a PEP which I could do but I don't want to let my wife know of this this dumb encounter I had and Im not sure if they would let me just buy it without it showing up on my insurance. Now given that I was in giver not the reciever I have read that reduces the chance plus I did where a condom and again as far as I can tell it was intact, I plan to get a full STD panel from a online provider but need to wait 6 days at least and they have early detection calledHIV RNA Early Detection, so I have 2 questions
1. should I be freaking out and trying to buy this expensive PEP when I am not sure if she has aids, was the inserter and did where a condom?
2. if even though I get answers that say I shouldn't get the PEP but since I am paranoid and want to it anyway is there a way to have it prescribed where I pay cash or put it on my credit card without announcing it so if a medical bill comes in anyone would know, is there confidentiality?
I have not been able to stop thinking about it, she was ready to just have me do it bareback which concerns me meaning she has unproductive sex all the time, but again mine was protected as far as I can reasonably tell

1. no as the condom would have protected you even half way on and pep is only advised for those with direct exposuer (no condom) with an hiv positive person.
If no other part of your genital area (pubic mound area) made rubbing contact with his then it would be zero risk for any std,s but it did the risk would be for Syphilis and Herpes and HPV.

probably half my shaft was covered and it was kinds loose at the tip but it never came off and as far as a can reasonably tell in a dark hotel room it was intacted I physically pulled it off after
I just can't stop thinking about the what if's, if it was torn I think I would have saw it mentally though I am a mess
