Can HIV be contracted from fingering and frottage?

Hi there,
I fought my anxiety for days, however, I failed to put my mind at ease. I tried to search answers from previous answers in this forum, but I didn't find a similar case, so, I write this question asking for your kind help. It was the end of last month, I met this guy. We had french kiss couple of times (which I think it should be no risk), and I gave and received oral sex (which again I think it should be no risk). Then it came to my worst fear, fingering and frottage.  First he fingered me, in my memory, he didn't put his fingers into my anus. After that, he rubbed his penis against my anus hard, each time it last minutes. We repeated this fingering and frottage act several times that night. And my fears are: 1, Since he fingering me hard, so I think he may make some scratches on my anus by his nails, then when he frottaged me, fresh scratch on my anus would meet his precum, will this contract HIV? 2, when frottage, what if tip of his penis went into my anus and his precum went inside, will this contract HIV? If it's a full penetration I would know it for sure, but like just having tip of penis going in, I am not sure I would know it. Overall, should I go for a test?

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

HIV requires penetration - with a penis - in order to infect.  You didn't have a risk for HIV from this event, so no testing is needed.
