hiv test after 12 weeks

hi all.
who persons will change their hiv-ab test result between 12-24 weeks from negative to positive?

THE CURRENT GUIDELINE IS 3 MONTHS POST EXPOSURE FOR A CONCLUSIVE RESULT.

your doctor is WRONG ! ! ! ! !

my doc has told me I'm not infected after 12 weeks. but he recomended me to retest at 24 weeks.

so by no modern ab tests is there not window period 6 weeks to 24 weeks(6 months)?
