ARS Symptoms or just Coincidence

While I know that symptoms are no way to diagnose HIV infection, I have some symptoms which may possibly or not refer to ars, which are worrying me.  My exposure is one that I know many would call "low-risk". Until then, here goes:
5 weeks ago i hooked up with a girl i met on a nightcub phuket, Thailand. I don't know whether the girl is a CSW or not. We had some intense intercourse, includes deep kissing, she give me unprotected oral and we had protected vaginal intercourse. During the intercouse we changed 2 condoms and in between she rubbed her genital on mine without a condom (That is actually what makes me curious.) My penis(I am circumcised) never entered in her without condom, but contracted by vaginal fluids outside her body during rubbing.
After 3 days i woke up one night with a terrbile feeling on my stomach, i believe due to my past experiences it was some tough food poisoning i went to bathroom and made myself puke. Then i went back to sleep and 3 hours later i woke up again with still pain and again made myself puke. In the morning i was feeling very fatigued and some irritation on my throat(I must say that i smoked like a pack of cigarettes on a daily basis for 3 days, normally i just smoke a couple a day). I could barely walk that day huge headaches and fatigue. I stayed in Thailand for like 10 more days and i was really eating less and i was pretty weak during these 14 days thanks to thai food !
When i come back my throat was still hurting and i had 1-2 very lightly swollen lymp nodes on my neck without any pain. On the 3rd week of exposure i was still having mild sore throat, it was not painfull, i mean i had my tonsils removed so i know how bad a sore throat can be and what i was having is like 4/10 scale. Bu also i was still weak and kinda feeling dizzy i believe i have no fever, rash, diarrhea etc. at these point. on the 4rd week i decided to hit the gym, i was off for like 1 month. But before going to gym i feel like i was about to have stomach flu. Anyway i hit the gym train hard and went to steam room for like 15 mins. When i come back home my body was like burning and i barely ate something and went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night light fever and huge dehydration. İ sleep 5 hours total that day not that i couldnt but i got work tomorrow. So i went to work but i was feeling very sick, it was like flu-symptoms. I had diarrhea, fatigue, light fever. I recovered moderatly in 2 days. On the 5th week i was still having sore throat on a scale of 3/10 than i decided to go pharmacy have some sprays and pastils. Now (beginning of 6th week) my sore throat is like 2/10 and i believe it will be gone in a few days.
During these 5 weeks time i had different symptoms on a different time basis. Whats constant was 1-2 very lightly swollen lymp nodes on my nech without pain, a mild sore throat, light fatigue and of couse anxiety sometimes a lot sometimes less.
Now I'm hoping that it's all some sort of coincidences merged with anxiety, but the timing of the onset of symptoms makes me anxious. Based on my readings and research i do not even need to have a test based on my exposure but i am kindly asking for your professional opinion about my exposure.
Thank you for all the help,

You had no risk for HIV and do not need to test, but the oral sex was a risk for other STI's. Have you had a complete STD panel done? If not, I would strongly suggest you have one now.

Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV.

If your STD panel is negative for all STI's, I would strongly urge you to discuss with your doctor the possibility you picked something up while in  Thailand.........possibly an intestinal parasite.

You have been feeling ill for the past 5-6 weeks. It's definitely time you got to the bottom of this. Your anxiety is not unexpected but is certainly not helping the situation.
Please see your doctor.
