About oral sex

I am a gay. Today I and another man kissing, then he helped me oral sex, didn't use condoms. I don't know whether his oral bleeding, now I am very anxious. He doesn't want to go to test, I suspect that he is infected. Excuse me this kind of behavior whether there is a risk, I need to do a HIV testing?

It doesn't matter how many times you ask the question. The answer will always be the same. If he had a significant wound in his mouth, he wouldn't have been performing oral sex. Minor cut and abrasions don't pose a risk.

Still no risk.
