Accuracy of a 4th gen HIV COmbo CMIA test

I had a condom slip with a csw while having vaginal sex. I was exposed for 2-3 mins and i did not ejacuate.
I had tested for HIV with HIV1/2 & P24 Combo test (which i am told by the lab is a 4th gen test by Abbott )
I have tested. Non reactive at 4, 5, 6, and 7 week from potential exposure.
I had further managed to get the csw testsd at 3, 5 and 5 weeks and 4 days from exposure by the same method and the result was non reactive. These events and test were in New Delhi , India and have been conducted by a reputed lab( Dr lal Pathlabs)
1. Can i consider my test conclusive.
2. Also is it true that the CDC now considers most 4th gen test conclusive at 4 weeks. Alot of confusion regarding the 4th gen testing period
Sorry for the long post
Thanks in advance for the reply.

According to CDC, 3rd gen will give you an excellent indicator about your status around 8 - 10 weeks after exposure and 4th gen 4 - 6 weeks after exposure. A result given in those times is very unlike to change, but only a doctor, based on your risk level and his experience could advice you to skip the confirmatory test after 12 weeks post exposure.

Dr Handsfield left some wroth reading notes about window periods, please read it here:
