Accuracy of test

How accurate is this test after 3,6, and 10 months. the test is Hiv AG/AB Combo- CMIA (Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay. Got tested at 3,6, and 10 months. Tested Negitive. Also, if you are a doctor, pease provide your degree. Ex., MD, virology.
