Advanced?

Please could you advise me, I have been tested fot hiv ten years after possible infection, it was negative.
I am always really ill and have pain through my arms legs feet and hands, also alot of spots which I never had before, I keep getting bad cases of tonsillitis. My question is would it be possible that the test was wrong as I am so advanced My body has stopped making antibodies?
Please answer

No way possible unless you had unprotected less than 3 month before testing.
