Affect of PREDISOLONE on HIV combo test results

Hello Doctor;
I’m 35 yrs old male. I had a sexual exposer 2 months and 18 days before. Unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex. My HIV COMBO  test results at 36, 48, 61 and 71 days came negative. As I have asthma and take PREDISOLONE 5 mg almost daily. So my questions  are
1. Taking PREDISOLONE 5 mg can affect my Combo results?
2. Should I go for any other test like PCR or Antibodies test at 90 days/12 week?  It is required or my combo test results are enough?
Please advise and help me to come out with anxiety..

I’m a married guy can I have sex with my wife without condom?

No, it wouldn't have an affect on the test, but your test will ALWAYS be negative, no matter what, because you never had a risk for HIV.  There is no reason for you to test for a disease that you cannot possibly have.  Move on from this event.  You don't have HIV.
