Again, unprotected oral sex with shemale

Last week, I performed unprotected oral sex on a shemale sex-worker. I had a small (around 1/8 of an inch) ulcere in the mouth. There were no sperm and may have had minimal pre-cum.

For peace of mind, I'm gonna get tested in 5 weeks.

However, in the meantime, what are my risks regarding this issue?

PS: Surely, if the test if negative, I will see a psychologist about being hypocondriac after it's all over.

No risk at all for HIV

So, the fact that it's a shemale hooker, that I had ulceres and that there may be some pre-cum doesn't change anything.

I've been looking at avert.org and some studies seem to say otherwise.

PS: Just making sure until the test (again, paranoia on my part).

The often quoted "1/10000" risk associated with unprotected oral, is it:

1) a theoratical risk due to margin of error

or

2) a real case, but really rare?

or
3) or neither...

So, why this figure is so often quoted?
