All hiv symptoms

This 2016 could not start worse. On 30th December I had a sex with sex worker. Just after sex, I had some strange feeling in my penis.
During the night I had night sweats and fever. In the morning, I had painful urination that last for 4-5 days max. In my underwear, I saw some strange dots like from cotton and they were red. I thought it was from my red clothes but it was not. It lasted for two days and then two days of pause and one day again.
2 days since possible exposure I got diarrhea (5 times in 10-15 days, then everything was fine, and again for one day diarrhea). Also, I got three red spots on my body, white tongue, open sore near my penis which was painless. That sore dissapeared after 20-30 hours.
Every single symptom was mild and now I got hair loss. Exactly after 2 weeks I saw lymph node which was painful for one day and after that it is painless. I noticed memory loss in three cases. In one I returned memory and 2 cannot remember (did I clean my teeth). There is small rash on my skin, but that is often for me.
Here are my questions:
1. Can these symptoms occur in 1-3 days after exposure? Most websites say no, but there is some I saw that is posible.
2. What do you think about this? Are there people with similar symptoms and they were negative?
Ps: Sex was protected but because everything I actually think it was not protected.

Tested negative. Not sure why these symptoms happened. Occured at once and left at once. All ******* symptom.
Yes they happen to 1 in to 2 weeks but I got lymph node just after 2 weeks. That's why I suspect these early symptoms came from UTI.
ARS symptoms do not happen days after. They happen in 1 to 2 weeks or not at all. Memory loss and hair loss are not at all related to ARS symptoms. You had protected sex. You had zero risk unless the condom broke. No risk no reason to test. HIV is not your worry.

I'm worried that I had UTI and that is a reason why I had night sweats and fever just immediately after sex, after 2-3 days I got white tongue (candida infection) and in the end (7 days after exposure) I got HIV with these symtoms: memory loss, hair loss, lymph node (14 days after exposure). This is possible, isn't it?

Condom failures are obvious but if you feel something went wrong then follow through with testing for your peace of mind. 4th gen 28 days post sex.
However, you used a condom so try not to stress an hiv possibility, you had protected sex.
Other STDs and STIs can still be passed through protected sex because skin to skin contact still takes place.
Symptoms to HIV occur later, generally 2-4 weeks after because that is evidence of the bodies reaction to the virus.
No one here can determine online symptoms.
Testing is the only way to figure things out.
Being you are experiencing body changes especially after sex it would be wise to see your Dr and have him guide you through this situation.
However, you used a condom so try not to stress an hiv possibility, you had protected sex.

I know its often to female than male, but I am male. Also, white tongue cannot come UTI. And yes, when I wake up, I feel a little pain in throat. It does not matter if I sleep for one hour or eight.
I wrote it in PS. However, it was protected but obviously something went wrong. No other explaination. How can I get UTI if it was protected..
