Am I at risk after unprotected oral sex?

I gave oral sex without a condom to a guy who then told me he is HIV+. He has been on medication for 5 years he said and his ex did not catch the virus despite having unprotected sex with him. He did not ejaculate during our oral sex session. Yet I am worried because I bite my cheeks when I am stressed and I do have some ulcers from that, although not bleeding. Only one clinic here offers PEP but they are closed and the earliest I can get PEP from them will be about 70 hours after the oral sex. I used Listerine about 15 minutes after the oral sex. Am I at risk? I am panicking right now.. not sure what to do.

Here is a study of serodiscordant couples who engaged in oral sex - NONE of the HIV- partners contracted HIV: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12045500

You don't need pep from this. You don't need to even test.  This is not a risk for HIV.  HIV is transmitted in specific ways which include having unprotected VAGINAL or ANAL sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Oral sex involves air and saliva both of which inactivate the virus.  You have no reason to panic, this is a non risk.  NO one in the history of HIV has gotten it from oral sex that has ever been proven or documented.  It doesn't happen.

Despite the mouth ulcers?
That does not impact this to make it a risk.  It is still zero risk with mouth ulcers.  You will not be the first person in history to get HIV from oral sex, I'm sure.  No need to worry.  No risk.
Thank you for your answer but I am still worried. I just read this at hiv.gov: "Factors that may increase the risk of transmitting HIV through oral sex are oral ulcers, bleeding gums, genital sores, and the presence of other STDs, which may or may not be visible". So it is possible.
This is a moderated forum in which HIV experts have guided the information.  STOP reading. You will not get HIV from oral sex.  with any type of sore, you will still not get HIV.  You seem to not understand the fact that air and saliva inactivate it.  NOT A SINGLE proven case.  We can't do anything more but tell you these facts and if your anxiety doesn't let you believe them, then stay worried.  But you are worried for nothing.
Thank you so much. I think I'll cancel my PEP appointment.
That is a good plan, avoiding that drug, because it can have side effects. In 40 years of hiv history no one got it from oral so no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.
