Am I at risk for HIV

HI, I'm pretty worried about my history with my ex-girlfriend now. We once live together for about 6 month. I don't have real sex with her but have done some other stuff that really scare me now.

We gave each other plenty unprotected oral sex. She gave me lots of blowjob and I've lick her vagina for three to four time as I recall. There's one time I recall that I stick out my tongue into her inner parts of vagina pretty hard for about 10 to 20 seconds. Is there any risk for the oral sex for HIV? And will the hard licking make any difference?

Besides oral sex, for two to three times I poke my penis head onto her wet vagina, but just a touch about three to five seconds. There is no penetration and the touch is not very hard.

Also, we shared toothbrush for several times.

I think I have some OCD and I'm pretty worried now. Am I at any risk for HIV and Do I need to test?

Thanks alot for your help, I'm much more relieved now.
Just one more question, She used to give lots of hand masturbation. Normally she wouldn't have much vagina fluid on her hand but I'm not absolutely sure. Is it gonna be a risk, even with fluid on her hand?

Hello,
Oral sex is not considered as a risk of HIV transmission.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care
