Am I conclusively negative? Scared!! DUO and NAAT

Hi everyone, my exposure is heterosexual one-time vaginal penetration. My partner was a while Swedish male of unknown status.

23 days: RNA Aptima TMA- non-reactive
23 days: 4th gen- non-reactive
31 days: 4th gen- non-reactive
47 days: 4th gen- non-reactive
57 days: 3rd gen lab test- non-reactive

Can I move on? I thought a 4th gen was conclusive at 6 weeks, but the last doctor I spoke to who drew blood for my 3rd ten test said I cannot know for sure that I am negative until 6 months. Is this false information? I was feeling good until he said that. He didn't seem to knowledgable about HIV in general to be honest.

Thanks so much. I thought the doctor must have been misinformed. He didn't even know what the CDC was....so that should have been the first sign, lol.

The duo test is conclusive at 28 days beyond exposure. No need for the 6 month test
