Am I having phobia / ocd / risk

Dear everyone... I really need some help in this international forum. I've read quite no of experience over here regarding hiv. Now everything started 3 months ago. I had 3 different encounters. Intercourse was protected.  Now what happen was...i accidentally came across ars symptoms on google. Soo...after my 2nd encounter i had a viral infection not so serious...that was a year ago...so i gt terrified go and took the duo test...i was safe...the same symptoms appeared after 2 weeks of recent encounter...but this was not viral infection...because i didnt had fever...so done 3 duo...which was 2-3 weeks...3-4 weeks....and final was 8 weeks 5 days....also did a rapid 74 all negative...ok now i thought a duo or any test only deemed conclusive 12 weeks....but my 3 docs said no need u r negative and clean....3 docs said the same thing...but i cant move on....still im surfing the net looking for 4th gen details....i really dnt knw what im looking for or why i cant let the fear of hiv go....can i rest easy?
Is protected intercourse safe? Do i still need to test? Plz tell me am i at risk? Or phobia or ocd....thanks a ton

You have ignored all the advice from the doctors so nothing we say will help you either.
Since you have no medical training but have an unrealistic confidence in your own ability to diagnose HIV and claim the doctors don't know how to do their job, you have a mental health issue called anxiety that is blocking your ability to move on from HIV. See a therapist because this is an HIV forum, not a therapy forum.
Hi anxiousnomore....maybe I have mental issue...but can I knw something...all guidelines stated 3 months...but docs are saying 1 month can be detected....is this true....also you and some comm leaders are saying condom is safe....is this true? Do I even needed the test in the 1st place?
You have ignored all the advice from the doctors. Therefore you have a mental health problem that a forum can't fix.
Hi ANM,
Noted, maybe I am,, i believe what my docs said...so im asking you a question...can i move on without further testing....believing all my test result..... without 84 day test......tq very much for your answer in advance...
Anm
