Am I hiv - or + ?

My story is as follow: I am 19 years old male and I was bi curious ( now I know my sexuality - straight) and I made a huge Mistake on the 16th of Oct 2015 I had unprotected oral sex with a man ( he was arab ) without ejaculation, I gave and received. I took the following 4th generation tests - 23rd day; 32nd day; 45th day; 91st day after the potential exposure( all of them lab tests in a hospital). I took an INSTI test at 87th day and ORAL advance test at day 121st. All of the tests were non-reactive, negative. However, I had all of the symptoms and I am scared if I am + ?!? I am going to take a test at 6 months mark, to be more or less sure. On the other hand, I was thinking about CPR test and if it can be good for me?!
My questions are: do I need more tests after 6 months?
Will CPR test be useful ?
Is it possible to be of those how do not develop anti-bodies and progress rapidly ?
As far as I know I do not have some immune disorders BUT I am adopted, it happened when I was at the age of 3 so... before this point - no idea about my health.
Please, advise me what to do. I am so scared... 5 days after the potential exposure , on the 21st of Oct, I was hospitalized because I had very fast heard beating, as a result of thinking about HIV. The bad thing was that it was my mom's birthday so... I ruined her birthday....
Please, help me.

Hello !
Thank you very much for the reply!
It seems that you have knowledge. so I wish to ask you something: I noticed that my hair falls, and I am scared, at least I noticed more hair to fall than before. Can you tell me if is possible to be from lack of VITAMIN D ? My doctor told me that I have lack of this and this, the lack of vitamin D, is the reason for my dizziness
I used to live in the Mediterranean part of Europe but currently I live in Denmark.

You can relax. Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Only unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of needles is a risk for HIV. Your test results prove this. You do not have HIV. If you had a REAL risk your 32nd day 4th Generation test would of been 100 percent conclusive. Plus you had a negative result at 12 weeks and any type of HIV test is conclusive at 12 weeks.

You have been severely over tested and it seems your anxiety is taking over.  You need to accept that you do not have HIV and need to stop testing.
