Am I infected with Hiv? What further tests should I do?

I am 35 year old male. I had unprotected vaginal sex with a CSW. I did 4th gen test after 4 weeks, 4th gen + HIV 1 Rna pcr after 6 weeks, 4th gen + HIV 2 rna pcr at 7.5 weeks, 4th gen + HIV 1 rna pcr at 9 weeks at a different lab and 4th gen + Hep C at 12 weeks. All tests were negative/undetected. I didn't get any symptoms as described on most sites but I did get some mild muscle spasms and cramps which I think is most
probably due to severe stress I went through in the first 2 month after exposure. I got a mild swollen lymph node behind my right ear at the 3 month mark which went away completely in 9 days. I think this was because my barber cut me near my right sidelocks just 5 days before I got the swollen node but I am not sure. My questions are 1. Is it possible that these tests could have missed an infection considering that my body has not produced antibodies yet and I have been infected by some uncommon HIV 2 strain in particular which the rna pcr's could not detect?
2. Would I fall sick by now that is 4 months 1 week after exposure if my body has not produced antibodies?
3. Should I do 4th gen after 6 months? Should I do any other tests like CD4 now?

It is abnormal to test repeatedly, so any more testing will indicate HIV phobia which requires therapy to resolve. 4gen is conclusive at 4 weeks so you need to move on. You don't understand what lymph is supposed to feel like so shouldn't be poking around because that can only cause you to scare yourself when you make a wild guess that you noticed something.
You got lucky with a reckless csw, so next time do not have sex unless the csw insists, otherwise she may be positive and not using a condom to save money.

I meant to say
so next time do not have sex unless the csw insists that you use a condom (because that means she wants to protect herself from her clients),
Thanks a lot. I don't know how I did such a stupid thing, must have been the alcohol. I guess I'm being overly paranoid reading stories about some people not producing antibodies up to 6 months and uncommon strains/ subtypes sometimes being missed by NAT/PCR tests.
Be happy that you are negative, instead of beating yourself up about doing this because it ended up with no problem. Stop Googling for death, because no matter what activity you plan to do in the next 10 minutes, you can find someone who tells you that you can die from it, so Googling will only make you more anxious about what luckily turned out to be a non-event.
Thank you for your advice. I am feeling much relieved. Going to move on and never ever screw up!

you've tested negative more than once, and your tests are conclusive. you do not need to test more. it wasnt missed, you don't have HIV. your symptoms do not matter, and waiting for symptoms is not a good indicator of HIV, it can only be diagnosed by testing.

stop reading stories and just read our advice. move on from hiv and do not do something that idiotic again. unprotected sex with a csw was one of the craziest things you can do, especially if she always does it unprotected.  your negative though, so ita best to just continue your life and not worry about this event anymore.
Thank you once again Sir!
