Am i at risk of HIV

Hi there, im a healthy male tested negative for HIV and i did my check every 3 months. Today i experience a very worried kind of situation. I had sex with a prostitute whos status are unknown. There was some kissing in contact and protected with a condom. What suprise me was after I ejaculate into her and when I pull out i notice that the top part of the condom was totally gone could be torn and there was no semens found. I went to medical clinic immediately to be tested and it came out still as negative to make sure that im clean. As i am still in the 72 hours time frame pls let me know urgently if I should get PEP or what is the risk im facing here. What is the best thing to do now am worried sick. Pls reply, thanks in advance.

Hi,I don't understand that you have mentioned top of the condom has gone,if condom had broken , you are at risk for HIV and other std's,as you mentioned she is a CSW who are at high risk of std's.

If condom had broken during the intercourse with CSW pep is warranted there, better consult your near by doctor then follow his advice regarding pep.

Thank you there i have been to the doctor and he mention that PEP is not recommended for my case and its also not 100% effective but also comes with a high cost. His advice was to wait for 28 days and be tested. Thank you though.
