I had a protected sex with a Russian prostitute almost 6 months ago. Couple of months after i saw a minor lymph swelling on my neck for three days. Having minor Jock Itch similar white patches on inner thighs. Now appearing random minor eye stye's on the bottom eyelid lines. Also i saw minor cuts three times on the lip joints.
But i never experienced any weight loss, severe fevers, night sweats or major skin rashes.
Am i infected with HIV or any other STI's? I am totally panic.

You had no risk. HIV can only infect by having UNprotected penetrative vaginal/anal sex, sharing drug works, and mother to child. You had no risk and therefore don't need to be tested.
As long as you always use condoms for your sexual activity and stay away from IV drugs, then you will remain HIV negative for the rest of your life.
