Am in HIV risk ? Penis head touch menstruation blood

Dear Doctor

I come from China, i am so nervious now since a bad experience.
One week ago, i hade some activities with my female friend since i was drunk...Unfortunately, she is an HIV carrier.
What happened between us is...
1. Deep Kiss
2. Oral sex, she used mouth not me
3. She is on menstruation that day so we didn't have Vaginal sex, but I rubbed the penis around her vagina for a while, at that time she was wearing panties...about 5 hours later, i found some blood in my penis head, i can confirm this blood belongs to her...
I am so nervious now since i am not sure if it is risk, especially the NO.3 item my penis head touched her menstruation blood and I am not sure if there are any small wounds on my penis at that time since i am drunk.
Is there any risk on me ??? Do i need to test??? Pls help me ,doctor, thank you very much.

Any infectious body fluid becomes incapable of infecting others, as soon as it comes out of the body and exposed to ambient oxygen. Oxygen present in the air inactivates the virus instantly
