Anal Sex with transgender

I did this biggest mistake of my life to spend 10 minutes with a transgender in a room 2 days ago. It started with rubbing penis on anal for 30 seconds and then She did put on a condom on me and we did anal sex lasting 5 minutes and then she took off the condom from me. All happened in dark and I am not sure about state of condom post ejacuation. I believe it was not torn.
Now I am feeling stressed out, fatigue, dizzy, no appetite, sweat at night, white substance on tongue, burning sensation at tip of penis, dry mouth.
Are these symptoms of STD(including hiv)? Please help, I am so stressed out.
When should I go for STD test? Thanks.

You can't get HIV since you used the condom, and if it fails it is a large rip down the seam so both of you would have noticed that even in the dark. There are no useful Hiv symptoms for diagnosis since anyone can have those when they are worried.

You would feel the immediate temperature change on your penis when you withdrew IF the condom had broken. There would also be noticeable ejaculate if it wasn't contained in the condom.  Your symptoms are far more related to stress and anxiety than HIV, which I do not believe you had a risk for. The only possibility for an STI (NOT HIV) is the burning sensation at the tip of your penis. It is possible to contract some STI's from "skin to skin" contact without penetration. I would recommend you get tested for STI's. If you remain anxious about HIV, have a 4th generation DUO at 28 days, which will be conclusive and will ease your mind.
