Anal fingered at massage parlor and symptoms- HIV?

Hello,
I went to a massage parlor and was fingered anally for a good 10 minutes. I don't know if she had cuts in her fingers ( very possible she did). Also, I noticed bleeding on toilet paper the next day after the event occurred.

Two days later I had a fever and chills, then I was fine for the next six days. I became sick for a week after that with high fever, chills, night sweats loss of appetite. Then I found out I had ascending cholangitis in the hospital. They gave me IV antibiotics to clear infection. However I'm still having symptoms that can be HIV.

I had an HIV antibody test 30 days after the possible anal fingering exposure. I still have night sweats, neck/shoulder pain.

Did I catch HIV even though my 4 week test came back negative? Was I at risk if she was bleeding on her finger from inside my anus? I know blood to blood contact is a risk. Please let me know as I am very anxious.

She could've fingered me with a little blood coming from her finger though. This would be a risk then, no?

You never had a risk.  Anal fingering isn't a risk and the amount of blood that would be necessary to cause a risk would be something that would necessitate medical intervention.  Your partner wouldn't have been fingering you with a cut like that.  You don't need testing at all.
