Anal frottage with cum (no penetration) hiv risk. i am worried to death

I have depression due to HIVphobia before. I would like to get some reassurance.
One day I got penetrated by a man with condom in my ass for like 10 seconds. I was too pain so stopped. then another man rub his dick on my anus outside with pre cum. Then he jerked and came to my butthole. There was no penetration. What made my worried is I am not sure whether there is tiny wound on my anus skin. I cannot find any open wound, bleeding or any pain in that area. I wonder if the hiv can infect in that way given that hiv will die quickly when exposed to air. Or in that a few seconds it can already infect me before it dies?

Thank you for your advice in advance.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

This is a very simple concept - no penetration = no risk.

thank you for your advice! May  I know the reason behind? Is it because of the inactivity when hiv is exposed to air and it is regardless of whether I have a wound? thanks. I really want to move on with my life...
HIV simply does not transmit outside the body.  That's all there is to it.

You have the facts.  The choice of whether to move on with your life or not is entirely yours.
thank you! I will move on....
