Anal sex condom slipped partly hiv risk

I was in a dark room. I met a guy whose status is unknown. I decided not to have anal. I put on the condom for safety i was just doing frottage by putting my penis in his legs from back side but after some couple of thrust he started appling saliva to his anus. I told him i am not penetrating. He said ok then left. As i was bit sleepy. i saw my condom was moved half way near head. Didnt fell off. i am circumised. i pulled condom back it was intact. But i got really fear by mistake if i have penetrated. I went to loo n filled the condom with water. It was not leaking.so i got relax but now again n again i am feeling anxious as after more than 4 weeks i am having some body pains and i feel i am lost some weight.
What is my risk if unknowingly i penetrated during which condom slipped half way till the base of head.
Sorry i know i am more anxious but cant help.

Only the head needs protection and that happened or it would have fallen off.
