Another Oral sex question

Good day,

In some way I just need relief from the extreme anxiety I have been feeling, I can barely function on a day to day Basis. I know that HIV is a very low risk when it comes to oral sex.

5 weeks ago I had unprotected Oral sex(Deep throat) with a guy. I was the one who gave the deep throat.

Two weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex again with a guy(Deep throat) , I was also the one who gave the oral sex.

Two days later I had a weird feeling in my throat that lasted for a week and a half, almost like an enlarged lymp node and I woke up with a stiff neck.

For the past week I've been experiencing headaches, I have pain in my groin (one of my lymph nodes on one side is bigger than the other), pain in my arms, fatigue and sores in my mouth.

This is really stressing me out and I'm too scared to go for an HIV test because I have all the symptoms.

Side note - I went for an HIV test two months ago and it was negative. I've never had any risky sexual behavior- anal sex (I'm gay)

I guess my question is, should I be worried about contracting HIV given my symptoms?

Let's make this simple, since there are only 3 risks. Which of the 3 do you feel was your risk? If none, then you are just worrying about your own science fiction theory, which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality since you don't have any medical research training.

Hi Guys, me again.

I've been going absolutely crazy over the past five days. I can't stop googling my symptoms and giving Oral sex and the HIV risk.

I still have all of my symptoms ( pain in groin, under my arms, chest and neck, ulcers and now itching on my neck ). Went to the Dr on friday, he gave meds for a viral infection but it didn't help.

I know that I have to go for an STD test but I'm to scared, especially for the HIV test.

That's not even close to "all the symptoms,"  nor is the timing indicative of ARS.  Couple that with the fact that oral sex isn't a risk, and signs point to a common bacterial or viral infection.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is  protected and there is zero risk
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis. Only the head needs to be covered, so if that happened it is protected and there is zero risk.
3. sharing hollow needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk. Because of all the research statistics, doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
Oral sex is no risk, not low risk as you claim. You need to stop interchanging the words low for no while pretending they mean the same thing. Move on and stop over-examining your body looking for clues to hiv because it isn't possible. You claim your neck got stiff, which happens to millions of negative people like you - nothing special happening here.
You don't have any medical training so likely don't know what lymph does, so if you have a medical issue see doc for a diagnosis instead of wasting your time trying to self diagnose with no training, then believing your own guesses and worrying about them.
