Do I have HIV??

Hello everyone, I have been worried sick over the past few days that I may have contracted hiv and I decided to come here to get helpful opinions. Here is my story.

I am a 25 year old male. I have only been with 2 women in my life. The first was my ex GF from high school.  We were together for 5 years.  The second I will get to.

About 3 months ago I was at a bar where I met a woman and had a few drinks with (more like 12). She basically was hitting on me very hard. We went back to my place and we had unprotected sex. I was very drunk so I was barely erect and penetration only lasted about 3 minutes. I did not ejaculate. I didn't shower or urinate after.

I believe she may be high risk because she basically told me she wanted to have sex after about 20 min of talking. Very promiscuous. She started to get wild after drinking. She had many tattoos. She is 25yrs old. She didn't want to give me her number.

Exactly a week after, I began noticing a sore throat. It wasn't accompanied by cold symptoms, no fever, slight headache. It was a deep sore throat. Painful on my right side just below my adams apple. Very painful when swallowing. The area was slightly swollen but not noticeable. I also noticed a swollen and sensitive saliva duct on the right side under my tongue. This lasted about a week. I should note I am a 9yr tobacco chewer but never developed these symptoms from chewing. I have had a sore throat but never this bad. I stopped chewing for a few days. I noticed no other swollen lymph nodes besides that one.

The next day I began researching symptoms of HIV and noticed these were some of the main symptoms, I became very nervous, anxious, and depressed. I felt as if I was very fatigued as well. Could my anxiety cause this?

About a week after this, I woke up one morning with a very stiff neck. I sleep on my stomach, maybe I slept wrong? I thought all of this was too coincidental for that. I must have HIV. The soreness was accompanied by a very minor headache. The pain was dull and in the back of my neck area and base of the back of my head. Also I may have a rash? Idk for sure since I sweat when I'm stressed and I do have a lot of small pimples and blackheads on my back. It is hard to tell, I have fair skin and many freckles.

After I noticed all of this, I decided to reach out to ask this woman if she had been tested through Facebook. I found her and asked very politely, but she didn't respond and blocked me. A week after that, I saw her at the bar again. I did not talk to her. She was very belligerent drunk. She noticed me and I could see her talking to someone about me, nothing came of it.

About 2 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex with my ex GF. Exactly a week later, we had unprotected sex again. Afterwards, she said she felt like she was getting a sore throat. I began to get very nervous. She did give me oral sex (was a bit rough) and more oral after vaginal. She does have a history of UTI's. The next day, she told me her sore throat was very bad and she had difficulty swallowing (like I did), also said he had a fever but no cold symptoms. She said, "this is not a normal sore throat." She also told me that she feels drained because she hasn't ate much since its too painful.

Now I am worried sick. My neck pain has returned. I am constantly cracking my neck for relief. It isn't as severe as it was the first time, but it is accompanied by slight headache pressure. I am noticing fatigue, but it could be from stressing about this.

I am going to get tested soon as 3 months comes. I am fearing that I ruined my life and someone that I loves' life too. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I had a terrible sore throat and ridiculously swollen tonsils about 3 weeks ago, and it was like something I'd never had before. Sounds like HIV? But I tested positive for Mono.

This was just to show that there's nothing HIV specific about your symptoms.

I know I am at risk, what I am asking is if there is anything usual or unusual about my symptoms.

You've had risk from unprotected vaginal sex. The oral sex was not a risk.

The best we can do is tell you to take a DUO test at 28 days and wear condoms in the future.
