Anxiety attack due HIV

Hello Doctors, I posted here 3 days ago but wanted to elaborate my exposure. Around Jan 2015 I met a man with unknown status. We talk and share glass of alcoholic drinks. ( possible exposure, what if he is HIV pos and there is blood in the glass and I drink it? Around May 2015 I met another man with unknown status. He sucked my dick for a few minutes. It happened again after a week. ( possible exposure, what if he is HIV positive and has a open sore or bleeding gum? Then around August, after trying to have a massage, I experience friction at my back which causes me to have a sort of acne at my back. Then I realize everytime I had a massage using massage oil, it spread on my upper back to my shoulder.( does massage oil can cause folliculitis or acne?) possible exposure, what if the massuer is HIV positive I have open sore due to acne and then without me knowing he use his semen as a lotion or oil to massage me body? Another possible exposure handjob with the massuer? What if I have open cuts and then I masturbate him cum in my hands?
Last exposure is I went to a derma clinic had a intravenous glutha. She uses Glutax 400G. What is the aesthestician uses a use needle Fr. The previous patient with unknown status?
Please help! Im having a anxiety.attck! I want to commit suicide. Around last week of February I got fever, diarrhea and body pain that lasted for 4 days. And then after two months the fever came back and gone after 2 days. But today I experience, light headed, chills without fever, feeling tired and dizzy, nausea and vomiting. I had my Cbc test ND the result was high white blood cells - 16 normal range is 5-10.
Very low lymphocites- 17 normal range is 25-50. Others were in normal values. Everytime I check Google, low lymphocites and folliculitis are signs of HIV.. I badly need help. Those are my only possible exposure..

I will add the advice that you should also speak to him about your anxiety.

You'll find all kinds of alarming things on Google, many of which are false.  You can't get HIV in any of the ways you described.  Your doctor is the best expert on your CBC results.

Hello, Innocentguy24,

You cannot get HIV from any of the incidents you describe. In adults, HIV is only acquired via unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing syringes with a drug user who is HIV positive. There are no confirmed cases of oral sex transmitting HIV. The virus becomes inactive when it's exposed to air, so you can't get it from hands or hands, and aestheticians use a different, fresh, new needle for each client.

Oil is known to aggravate acne, which is different from folliculitis; you may have also had an allergic reaction to the oil. As for your CBC results, many things -- even a cold, or an allergic reaction -- can cause your counts to be off.  You should ask your doctor to explain the results and their meaning.
