Hiv risk from oral sex someone with possible sti

Hello
I performed receptive oral sex someone which ended up ejeculation in my mouth.
He has only one appeared red small wound in his penis head and i assume he May have sti.
Just 12 days after exposure i had inflammation in my gum near wisdom teeth. I dont know is this ars symptoms however what is my chance is to get infectes from this scenerio.
Note that only oral sex happened with ejeculation.

No risk. Ingesting infected fluid or having bad oral health, either will not put you at risk of transmission. Testing is not necessary.
