Hello,

Two weeks ago I had unprotected oral/protected vaginal with a sex worker. After the vaginal intercourse that lasted 3 minutes, the sex worker said she thought she put the condom inside out. The condom didn’t break. I asume this is a not risky exposure for HIV?

Honestly, this is not my first post related to this subject. I know Im being paranoid about my exposure. I think I just need to stop visiting sex workers because, no matter what, I always ended up overthinking and worrying.

In any case, does this exposure put me at risk of HIV?

Thanks for your time

No risk.  It doesn't matter which way the condom was on.  If it did not visibly break, you were protected.

I agree with your assessment that you should refrain from visiting sex workers.  It is triggering a level of anxiety that is out of proportion to the risk you experience - which, this time, is zero.

Thanks so much for your fast reply. I’ll deal with the guilt and anxiety and move on. This will be my last post about this subject. Thanks again.
Hello, just following up with my case. Even if you told me - and I believed you - my case was zero risk, I just took the rapid test and it came back negative. It’s been 30 days since my encounter. Should I definitely move on and take this result as definite? Thanks again.
Yes you should move on on June 1. Not sure why you think there are 2 moving on dates.
For my peace of mind I just needed a negative test even if I believed what you guys told me on June 1. Thanks for your time and patience.
