Anxious over HIV risk

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and been anxious for a while trying to look for answers. I'm in a monogamous relationship now with my boyfriend for a year; most of the time we've had unprotected sex. we then decided to get HIV testing and complete blood work before we take things to the next level in our relationship. Three weeks ago, he got his results and tested negative for type specific HIV and herpes, but has tested positive for chlamydia. He was given doxycycline hyclate 100mg for a week. His MD made a prescription for me too, since assuming i also have the bacterial infection and took it religiously. I became increasingly worried with my reproductive health and decided to have Pap smear to check if anything is wrong; urinalysis, pap smear and culture was done. After a week results were out: i did have chlamydia.. and also tested positive for genital HSV-1. I recently went for HIV testing (got the 10-panel test) and now waiting for results. Is there any possibility i can be tested positive for HIV 1/2, even if my current partner just recently tested negative?  What are the odds that i can contract HIV given i now have existing STI?

I guess all i can do for now is wait for the results, hope for the best, and take all necessary precautions to lowering further risks for any type of infection. Thank you for your input on this matter.

If you take an antibody test 3 months after your last exposure, you don't have HIV

No lab tests 3 or more months prior to last unprotected intercourse; this was our first official Hiv and STD testing

No need to be concerned over the oral sex. Was your last test 3 or more months prior to your last unprotected intercourse?

Prior to testing, weve had unprotected vaginal and oral sex, since were unaware of pre existing sti's. Been monitoring our health; so far no definite symptoms that can conclude possible HIV transmission.

Had you guys had any risks in the 3 months prior to the test?

Hi James, thank you for the quick response. Actually it was our first time to have HIV testing; I should have known better being a medical health professional as well. I just want to make sure to prevent any further risks of transmission; it was devastating to know i have HSV-1 since i never had any symptoms before and has been very cautious with my sex life.. That's where the possibility of having HIV kicked in,

If you guys remain mutually monogamous, HIV shouldn't be a concern. As long as your tests are 3 months past your exposures with other individuals
