I am scared i might have exposed through needle during blood test at one of the local lab 5 weeks ago. After that I did DNA PCR Qualitative test at 9 th day.I was non reactive.Again at 30 th day I took  4th generation hiv duo test which is again non reactive.Do i need further test or it is conclusive through these 2 test.I am suffering from huge anxiety. No specific symptoms but have pain in left arm and armpit(without swallon lymph nodes). Sometimes i feel tingling sensation in the body.Am I safe?. Please give me advice. Planning to visit psychiatrist in upcoming days.

Your idea is paranoid that a lab transmits hiv - you should consider how many million $ they would get sued for if they did that even once.
Seek therapy because your anxiety is irrational, and is based on the faulty idea that you know how a lab should operate but they don't.
Next time you get any blood work done, tell the nurse beforehand (instead of coming to a chat forum with such a silly idea) that you have an irrational fear of her giving you hiv - so she can show you that she is not spreading hiv when she tests your blood.

Brief explanation of the incident-
After getting results she told me that my needle was pricked to his technician after taking my blood. So as per protocol they performed hiv tridot, hepatitis B,C test on my sample and they told me that all are negative but they also told me to get retested for the same after 6 months. Then all those questions were coming in my mind what if reverse condition was occurred and they are now suggesting me to do retest at 6 months. I know it seems silly but please try to understand incident
So you have imagined a scenario in your head that did not actually happen.  There is no test for that.  Move on with your life.  We cannot address imaginary, "what if" events.
Yes thank you for your replies but considering 100% saftey(Even though it might not happen) please guide me on the test results. It will be really helpful for me to come out from anxiety and fear from that day
