Are there any HIV risk via vacutainer holder that has blood inside side of it?

Hi first of all sorry for my bad English. Yesterday I went to hospital for HIV test. The hospital use vacutainer system to get blood. I was looking the nurse. She got blood from someone else then she took off the needle and she screwed new needle to vacutainer holder(which is transparent). Then she got my blood via this new needle. However, while she was getting my blood I saw 4 or 5 blood drops in the vacutainer holder. I am not sure blood was fresh or dried but I am extremely sure that there was a 4-5 blood drops and it was not my blood because I saw those before the needle get in to my vein. I am very terrified what if the new needle other side(where blood tube come) touch that blood. Are there any risk ?should I get tested?Should I continue to unprotected sex with my wife? (By the way test result was negative)

Reread past advice. vacutainer is not one of the 3, therefore no risk. Next time you waste your time getting an hiv test, ask the nurse to explain why there is no risk then you won't worry afterwards.
Seek therapy because your fixation is a bit of a mental health issue - hiv isn't everywhere infecting people who don't do any of the 3, so normally people don't spend time worrying about cuts and don't take hiv tests for nail cuts and worry about hospitals giving them the disease they are testing for either.
