Basketball Worries

Theres a posiblities to transmist hiv virus by scratch,

I was in basketball court this morning, i played basketball and one of a guy had actively bleeding in hands and accidentally scratch me in my arms that cause a tear in my skin and immediately bleed out, lots of blood came from him goes to my arms

If his finger nails had a blood and scratch me with finger nails and cause a tear in my skin, do i need to be worry?

No, this is in no way a risk.  The ball could be dipped in a pool of fresh blood and still not transmit this fragile virus.  Air inactivates it as said.  The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. That's it. Play ball and don't even think about HIV.  It's not a factor.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air (opponent's blood) which is not a risk for hiv. No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air and saliva and is effectively instantly dead in air so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
