Hello.  You don't have to worry about HIV from this situation. The only way someone gets HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  What you describe would not transfer or transmit HIV.  The idea that she stabbed you with something is an irrational and anxious thought born out of anxiety and not reality.  That didn't happen.  And the good news is that even if it did, it would not result in HIV.  HIV is very fragile.  It is inactivated in air.  Simply being stuck with a sharp object will not transmit it. That is different than a drug needle as the reason drug needles are something that transits the virus is because it has a vacuum seal and the plunger is used.  Just being stuck with the sharp end will not transmit because it has been exposed to air.  So, that's a long way of saying, you had zero risk.  Do you have a lot of anxiety in general?

Thanks for your patiently reply. As you say,I always have a lot of anxiety about hiv in my life, although I don't have sexual life.My brain can't stop thinking about it.And what if her new wound directly stab my thumb, weather it belong to directly blood touch?
That's what anxiety does.  The answer is not going to change.  This is NOT a risk for HIV.  For the above reasons stated.  Anything stabbing you would be exposed to air and that inactivates the virus. Nothing you add and nothing you dream up will make this a risk.  Unless you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex with penetration and shared IV drug needles (with plunger being used), you will never get HIV.  So, you probably should start to think of why your anxiety is so high and what you can do about that.
Thank you very much,I will ajust my emotion and mind, and I hope that I can come back to  normal life one day
It's a stressful time.  Anxiety gets worse when big things are going on in the world and with the corona virus, we're all on edge.  Try to do some breathing exercises and relaxation to see if it helps.
Sorry,I have another question:how long can the human's body fluid with hiv(like semen or blood)keep active and infectible in water?
It is NEVER infectious in water.  Never.  There is no need to ask about situations like this, as you have been advised that the only way you can be exposed to HIV is:
1) having unprotected vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with other people.

There is no other event that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV.
wangsd The good news for you is the science is 40 years old, so it has been well understood for many years that there are only 3 methods of transmission that were pointed out above. Since there are only 3, that means you don't have to keep worrying about every situation that you think of that isn't in the 3 because 40 years of science proves you are not at risk since you didn't do any of the 3.
