Blood HIV risk long post

Long post.

Dear doctor, Received handjob in massage parlor 4 days ago. i am feared that masseuse might have blood on her finger/hands and if it touched /rubbed uthera or inside foreskin during massage . Will it be hiv risk? I am uncircumcised . Its just m scared of blood ..

Doctors answer

HIV or hepatitis could be contracted from a partner if they had a cut on their hand and touched the tip of your penis. But you would have noticed blood or cuts. And since she just touched it, your risk is practically none.

Even with blood (that went unnoticed), the risk would be very low of the order of 1 in 10,000 or 100,000.

I am completely confused. I checked online with doctor just to reduce my curiosity but now i am panicked very much.  The blood handjob would be risk or not.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (blood, finger etc. which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe, so move on back to your happy life. We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so do not pay attention to claims posters make or other sites including the "doctor" you talked to online. Otherwise we will be here arguing all day about whatever or whoever you located on google that is scaring you.

Thanks so much for the detailed explanation.
So even blood the moment it bleeds out of body. The complete HIV compond in blood gets inactivated and is harmless. Am I correct sir?
Everything you need to know is in the response so maybe you should reread it again; but if you're ever uncertain, focus on the fact there are only 3 ways to get hiv instead of wondering if there is a risk from the thousands of other things that people do. hiv prevention is straightforward if you ask yourself it you did the 3.
Yes that blood situation is harmless otherwise everyone on the planet would have hiv by now since we all bleed and touch someone else who has a cut once in a while. Move on and live your life instead of worrying about a virus you can't get that way. You are focused on the wrong virus - Covid is what you can catch from her in close encounters.
Thanks for your kind advice.
