Blood examination

Today, I went to the hospital to take blood. When I took blood, I found that the side of the needle was black color, which was suspected to be the blood of an HIV infected person, but I saw that the needle which use by nurse was newly split. Please help me analyze it

If there is blood on the needle and it stabs into my vein, the blood content on the needle should be very small. Is it the blood drawing  process is negative pressure. Is the blood only go out and not go in right?

Your previous posts show you have hiv fixation which requires a therapist for help. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/blood/show/3067234

The only advice I can give you is to talk to the nurse next time and tell her you have hiv phobia BEFORE the procedure starts.
