Blood exposure

While walking home yesterday I noticed blood on my left hand. It was definitely not mine. Is there any risk of HIV I don't have major cuts on that hand. Also what if I touched and popped one of my pimples with that hand will it be risk of that blood entering my bloodstream? Also what if I ruined my eyes with that hand. It's very unsettling to find blood on your hand.

Thanks u

You CANNOT get HIV from blood that has been exposed to the environment.  You will never get HIV from blood on your hands, or any other body part, or any surface, even if you put that blood in your mouth, eyes, or in a popped pimple.

Awesome thank you so much.
I am so sorry to come back but can you explain why blood ony hand is not risk I can't seem to get it out of my head. Is it because it's exposed to air etc. I don't know if the blood was wet when I touched it and dried on my hand. Will that change  your assemment in any way if I needed up popping my pimple with that hand?

I am happily married with kids and worry about this for my family hope you understand.

You can't get it out of your head because you are giving into intrusive thoughts of health anxiety. seek help with a therapist about this. The more we reassure you, the more your brain gloms onto the thought. That's how it works. You have to stop asking for reassurance and let the thought pass no matter how uncomfortable it is. blood is exposed to air, air inactivates the virus. You only get hiv in the three specific ways curfew mentions. No risk. But stop asking or you will NEVER stop asking.
