Blood on anus

Hi. Sorry for my English is poor.  I'm scared and want to get some help.

2 days ago, I had a baby oil massage in Thailand, she was taking my clothes off, And tried to give me hand job and oral sex at the time,But I refused it.  No any sex. That's not what I'm worried about .

But He was rubbing and pressing my anus with his fingers,I found that she may be a transsexual, I am sorry that I do not discriminate, but the rate of transsexual infection is higher than women.  And then I felt uncomfortable in my anus.

I went to see my doctor, who said that if I had blood in my anus and blood in his fingers, it was a risk. If I'm not sure if he has blood, it's a low risk.It scared me very much. So I went back to see the masseuse and found no obvious cuts on his hands (17 hours after the massage).

But I was afraid he had blood on his hand and hurt my anal mucosa.  So I have 3 questions.
Q1. If he has blood on his hands and massages hurts my anus, am I at risk for hiv?
Q2. Do I need to test or PEP?
Q3. How can I overcome my fear.

Thanks you so much.

You must read GuitarRox's advice again. It's clearly mentioned that you were never exposed, I don't think there is anything, anymore that can be added to this.

Your fear seems to from an irrational standpoint, it's seen here on this forum that most people in your kind of situation are worried either due to guilt of something or fear of HIV, these issues can be only addressed by a therapist. HIV is not your problem.

The only risks for getting HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex (no condom and penetrating sex) or sharing IV drug needles.  Fingering with or without blood is not a risk because air inactivates the virus.  So, it is not a risk in the worst case of your story.   There is no reason to worry about HIV from this exposure so you need not worry or even test.

Thank you very much for your answer. Can I assume that even if he has blood or a cut on his finger and I have blood or a cut in my anus, there is no need to worry about rubbing and pressing the anus?
You're just repeating the same question that was just answered. You had no risk, period. It's time to move on and forget about this non-issue.
