Boxing and Sparring with used gloves

The other night I was sparring at my boxing club, we all share the same sparring gloves and headgear, my question is during the match I sustained a small cut on the inside of my lip, there is clearly old blood on the outside of the gloves, could I get HIV or Hep C from the old blood coming into contact with my face, eyes cut

No risk. Read above how HIV is transmitted, You don't read sparring in the list.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
