Breast milk does NOT transmit HIV to adults, ever. Breast milk is only infectious if ingested (not touching a body part) to newborn infants, who have not yet developed an immune system. Zero risk. There is nothing you can say that would make this event a risk for HIV.

So a single drop of breast milk touching penis tip even if she has high viral load is a zero risk event?

You didn't expose yourself to HIV, so if you want to do this again, there is no reason not to. Fear does not cause disease, and your only problem is fear.
