Burning in Groin

Well here it goes.
I am a 25 year old heterosexual Caucasian male.  I have been annually tested for the past eight years for HIV.  I had the same sex partner for the last 6 years.  I met a girl at a bar (I never do this) that I exchanged numbers with and went on a couple of dates after.
Jan 11th She gave me unprotected oral and we had sex with a condom.  The only thing I saw wrong with her was folliculitis rash on her outer arms and legs and lots of dental work silver fillings.  We were apart for a couple of days after and then we hooked up again same scenario as above (15-30 similar exposures since). Then the symptoms started...
7-15 days later I started getting a burning sensation around my genitals.  I also developed a marble sized lump under the skin (very hard) on my right arm centered aprox 9in from top of shoulder.  It looked almost like I just got my anthrax vaccine again.  After about 4 days I couldn’t take it anymore and went to the ER.  It was a very intense burn around the penis, between my inner legs, but with no rash/marks.  It didn’t burn on the penis just everywhere around.  I also had 4-5 several ingrown hairs appear above penis in pubic area with multiple hairs growing out of same follicle.  Furthermore I had frequency of urination with little or no output.  Also I had Shakes, Chills, fatigue, but no FEVER.  I know you say no chills without fever but I had them.  They tested me for everything but HIV/Herpes and sent me home with 1gm of Azithromycin.  After 4 days they called me and said I tested positive for Chlamydia.  I told her, and on 28 Jan both took a 2gm of Zmax because we had the same exposure as listed above again.  We didn’t have any exposures for 8 days.  I still had burning
She tested negative on Jan 21st during her Yearly visit after I got tested.  Her Doc uses Quest Diagnostics for labs.  She was non-reactive A/B/C Heps and HIV AB, HIV 1/2, EIA.  She also was negative HSV 1 and 2.

29 JAN I started noticing little red bumps (not blisters) along inner thighs and on outer arms.  They look like little pin pricks but are tough as nails and don’t itch/hurt.  They don’t get bigger and they appear in the hair regions.  When this started happening I felt extremely fatigued, back pain, inability to focus, Headache, diarrhea and lots of bubbling gas in stomach area as well as vision issues.

On 11 FEB I went to get HIV AB, HIV 1/2, EIA.  She went with as well and both came back Neg.

I have had the Diarrhea ever since 26 Jan.

Until 2 Mar the head problems have slowly went away.  However, the loose stools still remain.  I get pain on the outside temple regions of my eyes.

Mar 3, I ordered a HIV PCR DNA (they only offer HIV 1) test from Lab Corp I know they back it up with a Gen 3 antibody test.  I also know that Quest Diagnostics uses Gen 2 on HIV 1 antibody and Gen 3 on HIV 2.
If she had AIDS her HIV tests should have still come back positive right?  If this PCR comes back negative should I be in the clear?  I never would believe that anxiety would cause all of this. Blood sugar and thyroid test were normal.  No history of health problems, EVER, that's why am worried.
