Burning urination and hiv fear
Hello doctor, 40 days back i had anal sex with transgender. I had unprotected anal sex for one minute and then put on condom and did it for the rest. I had complete std panel test today and the report just came. Hiv p24 test is negetive with value 0.1 and also hsv is on borderline . Hsv(CLIA test) value came as 0.8 so doctors. Rest all tests were normal. Doctors please regarding these two tests as do i have to take them again? Am i hsv positive?

Great news - your test is conclusive. You can absolutely forget about HIV from this event.
