Can I get hiv through this

Hiv has been something on my mind from my first hiv test in 2013 and I been extra careful since then. Initially I decided to stay in a monogamous relationship but I couldn't. I strayed in 2016 having vaginal sex with about 3 different ladies. There is another lady I was a bit sceptical of so I stayed away as far as intercourse was concerned. We kissed a lot and she gave me oral sex on one occasion unprotected. There was one occasion we got very close and my bare penis touched her bare vagina but no penetration to the best of my knowledge. I also vigorously tried to push my penis into her vagina when my penis was fully covered by my underwear. I don't know how deep I did go with that but when I remember it didn't penetrate beyond the mouth of the vagina. All these happened somewhere in May 2016. At the beginning of 2017 I started having stomach issues which have not been resolved with antibiotics and also noticed my tongue is white.  I have had occasional joint aches and headache. Yesterday the lady in question called to tell me she is hiv positive. My two year old son has also been coughing for a while which comes and go. I suspect I infected the mother when she was breastfeeding and she passed it on to him.

I was wondering whether the above scenario presents any hiv risk as I am now really confused.

You didn't infect the mother and she didn't pass HIV on to your son.  Not every medical issue, like a common cough, is related to HIV.  You did not have a risk for HIV.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

Attempted penetration with your underwear on does not constitute a risk. If you do not do either of the two activities listed above, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.
