Can I move on from this nightmare?

Over a month ago I had  protected sex and unprotected oral sex with someone. I swallowed, I know it is considered incredibly low risk but I got tested anyway by dr. advice at 28 days post exposure with the duo test and received negative results. Can I move on from this incident?  There is so much conflicting information and I can’t live with this fear forever. Also with covid it is very difficult for me to contact professionals to voice these concerns so any help or reassurance would be appreciated.

HIV is transmitted by
1) having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles with other people.

You were never at risk for HIV, and your negative test proves that you did not get HIV from this event.  You can forget about it and move on.
