Can hiv symptoms appear so late ?

I'm 20 years old male , i had unprotected vaginal sex in the 15th of August with a sex worker i tested after 2 weeks , 8 weeks and 11 weeks and all results came back negative thank god but i'm now after 7 months experiencing swollen lymph nodes and yeast thrush on tongue , can these be hiv symptoms or it's my anxiety i don't really know if my nodes are swollen but i think my tongue doesn't look normal , please i need help

Thrush can be caused by other factors, including antibiotic usage.  You have tested out to the point where you are 99% sure of your negative status.  12 weeks is the standard, so just get a final test now and put this behind you.
