Can i get HIV with precum ?

I had unprotected sex. We never discussed about our past sexual history. He was inside me for 15-20 minutes and he wore condom just before he came(he did not ejaculate inside me). I started feeling sick 3-4 days after sex. I got flu-like symptoms, rash, tiredness. I am scared if these are HIV symptoms.

Unprotected sex is a risk for HIV.
However you cannot use symptoms to diagnose yourself for HIV, I suggest getting tested at 8 weeks for a preliminary result (Unlikely to change) and then again at 3 months.
If it helps to ease your mind, HIV is not an easy virus to transmit, it is very fragile and needs the correct conditions to infect.

Can you elaborate a little bit? You're saying that you had unprotected sex, but you're also saying he wore a condom? Which one is it? If he wore the condom, no risk.  If he didn't, you need to test.  The absence of ejaculation does not eliminate the risk.  Take a DUO test at 28 days, or a third generation test at 6-8 weeks
