Can u help plz

Hi dr...
My question is I had unprotected sex with a sex worker 4 months ago .... And I diagnosed with coeliac disease 2 years ago... Since after my exposure I was soo sick ... So that's why I had an hiv1/2 ag /ab test after 3 months of exposure ... Not detected..here in Australia ... Bt m still feeling those symptons as I check on web it says autoimmune disease can delay hiv antibody production .,...
.(1).....I am sooo worrying that my coeliac disease may be delayed hiv antibody production ...if that's the case when should I retest for fully conclusive result...
(2)....my second question is that if antibody do not produced due to coeliac can p24 antigen able to detect the virus or not...
3)...do I need more test after 6 months or more than that ...
(4)...one more thing I drink a lot alcohal due to my worries about 160 ml scotch whiskey 5 days a week ... Is that possible my alcohal effect on hiv testing accuracy....and since that incident I gt bit anxiety so my doc prescribed (citalopram 20mg) tablet having from 4months as we'll.
(5)...... M worring can citalopram 2omg... Effect on hiv testing as false negative or not... plz reply .....sir sooo worring
Plz plz...

Modern hiv tests are 100% reliable after 3 months.  Exception is only if u consumed pep drugs, had an organ transplant, or had a chemo treatment. Nothing else.
