Casual sex enconter.. how worried should I be?

I recently had a sexual encounter with a random guy that I met in a bar.  After deep kissing, I received some oral  and I gave some, I also introduced my fingers in his anus and penetrated him wearing a condom.  It never broke.  I never saw in him any ulcer or sign of STD that would indicated me he had something.  I do not remember to have asked if he had or not std's.  None of us ejaculated during this encounter.  I suspect of this guy being very promiscuous and I worry about the risk of having acquired some STD or HIV.  In your expert opinion, could you tell me  If I should be worried or not?
